Alberta seeks a platform to collect, analyze, and report library data, supporting annual surveys and flexible questionnaire management.
(1) Vendor needs to provide library data collection platform– Agency requires a Library Data Collection Platform to collect, analyze, and report Library Data of Alberta Libraries. Agency seeks to acquire access to the Solution for use by Users.– The Project objective is to acquire a Solution to enable agency to administer the Annual Report and Survey, which will be completed by Alberta Libraries. – The Solution will allow for the submission, collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of Library Data.– The Solution will be a robust product that allows for maximum flexibility in creating/updating the questionnaires used to collect Library Data from Alberta Libraries and generating reports on the collected Library Data.– agency administers the Annual Report and Survey. – This includes creating and modifying questions as well as collating, validating, and analyzing the reported data– This functionality is resident in the Solution, and neither Configuration nor Customization is necessary. The functionality can be demonstrated by the Proponent– This functionality is not currently resident in the Solution but the Proponent is willing to provide this functionality by Configuration (no Customization) at an additional Fixed Price cost– This functionality is not resident in the Solution and the Proponent is not willing to provide this mandatory functionality. This response will result in rejection of the Proposal.
