Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to design, furnish, install, and support a comprehensive automated material handling (AMH) system for a library. This project requires the implementation of a centralized, multi-faceted AMH solution that includes all necessary hardware, software, and related equipment. The selected vendor will collaborate closely with agency representatives to finalize the system design, ensuring that it meets the operational needs of the library.

Key requirements include the deconstruction, removal, and responsible disposal of the current sorter and its components. The new AMH solution must be fully compatible with the SirsiDynix Symphony integrated library system and support real-time integration. Vendors are also responsible for providing thorough documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, error code guides, and quick reference guides in accessible Word or PDF formats.
