(1) Vendor needs to provide library automated material handling system.– Library automated material handling equipment who shall, in collaboration with agency, design, deliver, install, configure and support a large, centralized, multifaceted automated material handling (AMH) solution.– A new AMH solution including hardware, software and related equipment – Coordinate the final design of the AMH solution with the agency. – To design, furnish and install all parts of the automated material handling solution. – Deconstruction, removal and responsible disposal of the current sorter and all related components in the space. – A system that is compatible with SirsiDynix Symphony integrated library system and features real–time integration. – Documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, error code guides, quick reference guides provided in accessible Word or PDF formats. (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 28, 2025.
