The government authority in Minnesota seeks a qualified vendor to provide level of service assessment for non-emergency medical transportation. The selected contractor, referred to as the Transportation Level of Service Review Agent, will handle certification requests submitted by program members, representatives, and county or tribal agencies.

The contractor is required to maintain active enrollment with the programs as a Transportation Coordinator Provider. Review staff must include credentialed medical professionals such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, or licensed practical nurses to evaluate requests for transportation level of service.

Additionally, the contractor must provide toll-free phone lines available 24/7, with an automated messaging system to record requests after hours. Messages left after hours must be responded to on the next business day. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 11, 2026.
