Key responsibilities include engaging directly with members of the legislature and their staff, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legislative bills and amendments, and monitoring committee hearings to provide thorough summaries. The vendor will also prepare briefings for executives or council members, deliver presentations to relevant groups, and provide coaching and preparation for testimony as needed.
