The government authority in Springfield, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide legislative printing services. The contractor will be responsible for installing two new vertical Air Handling Units and a heat pump in the north end of the Legislative Printing Unit, as well as a new exhaust system for the south end. All associated electrical work related to power and control systems for the new mechanical equipment must be completed by the contractor.

Additional duties include the removal and salvaging of the hood and parts of the exhaust duct, along with the procurement and scheduling of any required location services. Prospective bidders will have an opportunity to attend a pre-proposal conference scheduled for March 5, 2026.
