DESCRIPTION
This RFI seeks vendors to provide a legal research platform that meets specific criteria and service requirements. The contractor must be the primary service provider with a minimum of three years’ experience within the last five years in delivering legal research solutions, without acting as a subcontractor or third party. The platform is to be securely accessible via an online interface, fully hosted and supported by the contractor, and all data must be provided in real time through the secure system. Mechanisms for regular data updates and assurances of data accuracy are also required.
The legal research platform should offer advanced search capabilities such as Boolean search operators, natural language queries, citation searching, topic/key number searching, and headnote searching. It must include a citator service capable of verifying case law validity, providing visual indicators on case treatment, and linking to citing references. Export and delivery options should include batch printing, downloading in various formats (PDF, Word), emailing, and saving documents to folders within the system. The contract term is established for one year.
