A Minnesota agency is seeking qualified vendors to provide legal notices newspaper publication services for the years 2026 to 2028. Vendors will be responsible for publishing all required legal notices and advertisements in accordance with legal obligations.
The designated vendor for each publication will serve as the official agency newspaper and must publish a range of required materials. This includes official proceedings in summary form, legal notices, delinquent real estate notices and lists, as well as the first and second publication of financial statements. Separate bids must be submitted for each newspaper, with only one newspaper permitted per bid.
