A legal notice publication service is required for a one-year contract in Washington. The selected vendor will be responsible for publishing legal notices provided in various formats, including email, facsimile, or postal mail. All advertisements must be published as long as they are received by the stipulated minimum lead time.

The contractor will offer in-person assistance during normal business hours to support the publication process. Formatting requirements include the use of a 6 pt. Helvetica type style (or equivalent), paragraph indentations of no greater than 2 EMS, and the exclusion of spaces between the title and body of the advertisement, as well as between paragraphs.
