The selected vendor will provide a legal email management system capable of ingesting, organizing, searching, retaining, and retrieving high-volume legal correspondence and documentation. The system must accommodate advanced features such as AI-driven classification, tagging, and content analysis, supporting profiling, tagging, and unified searches of emails and documents within structured workspaces or folders for each legal file. This approach centralizes legal documents, emails, and associated content, leveraging intuitive and workflow-aligned folder structures to improve filing consistency and streamline information retrieval.

Additionally, the system must incorporate secure access controls and permissions frameworks to ensure the protection of sensitive legal information. Vendors are required to support data migration from existing repositories, such as the T:/ drive, guaranteeing accuracy, secure handling, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Ongoing technical support, system updates, patching, and platform maintenance must be provided throughout the lifecycle of the solution.
