This RFP seeks a vendor to provide legal advertising and statutory public notice publication services on an as-needed basis. The selected provider will support compliance with federal, state, and local laws that mandate publication of procurement solicitations, public hearings, corporate actions, and other statutory notices. Responsibilities include reviewing submitted notice text for proper formatting, identifying newspapers of general circulation within relevant jurisdictions, and confirming statutory lead times in relation to bid openings, hearings, or related events.

The vendor must supply electronic copies of published notices and demonstrate established relationships with relevant publications. The ability to arrange compliant publications in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously is required. The contract will be for a two-year period, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
