Desired future state is a fully integrated, learner centric ecosystem that delivers personalized, adaptive learning experiences for all employees. The ecosystem will be powered by an AI enabled learning platform, seamlessly integrated with Workday and Microsoft 365, delivering learning. Configure and deploy an AI–powered, SaaS–based adaptive learning platform, fully integrated with Workday for synchronized user profiles and learning progress. Ensure the platform supports Single Sign–On (SSO), bilingual (English/French) interfaces, and meets WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards. Deliver robust analytics and reporting capabilities to track learner progress, engagement, and proficiency. Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing phases, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Identify and engage key stakeholders, providing rationale for inclusion and a schedule of engagement activities. Establish clear communication protocols and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project. All the questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.
