DESCRIPTION

The LMS should foster employee engagement and professional growth through continuous learning functionalities. Additional requirements include a personalized user dashboard, agency branding options, searchable course catalogs, SCORM content support, a mobile-responsive interface, and automated email notifications and reminders.
