This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) and curricular software platform with a full-service contract. The LMS must support API-based integration with Student Information Systems (SIS) for rostering, course creation, and grade transfer, and offer compatibility with Google, Google Meet, and other virtual meeting platforms. The system should also integrate learning applications such as Progress Learning and IXL, allow for easy sharing of content within the institution, and enable tagging of resources based on grade, subject, standards, and type.
The platform must offer unlimited user storage, shared content repositories, flexible content publishing, and tools for importing and exporting courses. It should incorporate and report on Georgia state standards, allowing tracking of standards at both assignment and learning object levels, and support alignment of test items to outcomes. The LMS must facilitate self-paced learning paths, workload planning for teachers, and provide public or private group settings. Additional features include instance-wide user reporting, parental accounts and digest options, multi-standard assignment alignment (especially for Georgia Standards), and support for technology-enhanced assessments. Mobile app availability for parents, teachers, and students is also required.
Best-fit vendors:
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying large-scale LMS solutions
• Experience with integration to SIS and educational app platforms
• Familiarity with Georgia state educational standards
• Ability to support robust parental and reporting features
• Commitment to user-friendly, scalable, and secure systems
