The education and training branch is seeking a vendor to provide a learning management system designed to support a wide range of educational needs. This platform will serve diverse audiences, including community members, external partners, professional groups, and employees, with future expansion across the agency anticipated.
The proposed system must be cost-effective, reliable, and user-friendly for both learners and administrators. It should support at least 2,500 active users per month initially, with scalability for growth. Features required include multi-tenancy or multiple portals for distinct learner groups, separated learning environments managed by different teams, SCORM/APIx compliance for easy upload of existing materials (including from Articulate Storyline), user self-registration with customizable forms, gamification elements, and robust support services.
