Vendors are invited to provide a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) for implementation in New York. The required LMS should offer user-friendly support and encompass curriculum management, scheduling, evaluation and assessment, curriculum mapping, student tracking, as well as robust analytics and reporting features.
The selected system must facilitate centralized management and distribution of session-level instructional materials, such as documents, videos, and external resources. It should provide advanced tools to handle complex curricular structures and support a full spectrum of assessment and evaluation processes across didactic, small-group, and clinical learning settings. Additional requirements include the ability to import and export grades with external systems or structured files, mapping competencies and objectives to various program elements, and generating customizable dashboards and reports to monitor at-risk students and academic performance trends.
Role-based access controls are essential to govern permissions regarding viewing, entering, modifying, importing, and exporting grade and academic performance data. The LMS should also include features to support academic tracking, advising, and institutional reporting. The contract for this project will span five years, and all questions related to the opportunity must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
