(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system.– User–friendly and support, inter alia, curriculum management materials, scheduling, evaluation and assessment, curriculum mapping, student tracking, analytics and reporting.– Provide robust tools to manage complex curricular structures and academic logistics.– Centralized management and distribution of session–level instructional materials, including documents, videos, and external links.– Support a full range of assessment and evaluation workflows across didactic, small–group, and clinical learning environments.– Ability to import and export grades to and from external systems or structured flat files.– Mapping of competencies, objectives, and goals to the program, courses, events, learning materials, and assessments. – Customizable dashboards and reports to identify at–risk students and monitor academic performance trends.– Student profile data and reporting supporting academic tracking, advising, and institutional reporting.– Role–based access controls governing viewing, entry, modification, import, and export of grade and academic performance data. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11,2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
