The International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington, DC is seeking a qualified provider to supply a comprehensive digital learning and resource platform. The desired solution should be comparable to established platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Learndash, or Thinkific, and must facilitate uploading, organizing, and updating learning templates on behalf of the IFC. Key requirements include support for structured learning pathways, course enrollment management, progress tracking, asynchronous and live learning session delivery, quiz and certification administration, and robust analytics for monitoring user engagement and training effectiveness.

The engagement scope incorporates four main phases: finalizing requirements and selecting the platform, setup and customization, content integration with testing and launch, and ongoing administration, support, and reporting. The selected provider will be responsible for platform hosting and maintenance, offering user support, updating content, managing sessions, supplying quarterly analytics and annual performance reports, as well as providing troubleshooting assistance.

Expertise in digital instructional design, curriculum development, micro-learning, and multimedia production is required, including capabilities in video editing, graphic design, and content formatting. Familiarity with adult learning principles and subject matter such as private equity, SME finance, ESG, impact management, governance, and value creation is advantageous. Providers must also demonstrate experience in secure platform hosting, data protection, user management, system monitoring, applying security updates, backups, and long-term support for platforms serving multi-country user bases. A detailed and robust methodology for project management and implementation, spanning platform design through ongoing administration, is essential.
