The engagement scope incorporates four main phases: finalizing requirements and selecting the platform, setup and customization, content integration with testing and launch, and ongoing administration, support, and reporting. Expertise in digital instructional design, curriculum development, micro-learning, and multimedia production is required, including capabilities in video editing, graphic design, and content formatting. Familiarity with adult learning principles and subject matter such as private equity, SME finance, ESG, impact management, governance, and value creation is advantageous. Providers must also demonstrate experience in secure platform hosting, data protection, user management, system monitoring, applying security updates, backups, and long-term support for platforms serving multi-country user bases.
