(1) Vendor needs to provide learning and resource platform or digital training platforms comparable to Moodle, TalentLMS, Learndash, Thinkific, or similar. The selected solution must allow a third party on behalf of IFC to upload, organize, and update templates; host structured learning pathways; manage course enrollment; track progress; deliver both asynchronous and live sessions; administer quizzes and certifications; and generate analytics for monitoring usage and effectiveness. (i) Requirements Finalization and Platform Selection, (ii) Platform Setup and Customization, (iii) Content Integration, Testing, and Launch, and (iv) Ongoing Administration, Support, and Reporting. Platform hosting and maintenance, user support, content updates, session management, quarterly analytics, annual performance report, and troubleshooting support are also required. Instructional Design and Content Development Capability: The proposed team should have expertise in digital instructional design, curriculum development, micro-learning creation, and multimedia production (including video editing, graphics, and content formatting). Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and familiarity with private equity, SME finance, ESG, impact management, governance, and value-creation concepts is an advantage. Platform Administration, Hosting, Security, and Support: The provider must demonstrate the capability to host, secure, and maintain the platform, including implementing data-protection measures, user management systems, system monitoring, security updates, and backups. The firm must show experience providing long-term user support, troubleshooting, and analytics reporting for digital platforms with multi-country user bases. Project Management and Implementation Approach: A strong, well-structured methodology for platform design, configuration, testing, launch, and ongoing administration will be essential.
