(1) Vendor needs to provide leak detection equipment, software and deployment services.– to actively monitor both pressure in the water system as well as for leaks as they occur to minimize non–revenue water.– Provide the hardware, software, and knowledge necessary to complete goal.• Provide the agency with cloud hosted software to store and analyse the collected data.• Software will have alert and alarm capabilities to be set by an administrator user to warn agency staff of rapidly developing issues or inconsistencies in the system, such as pressure transients and leaks.• The software must be able to give the Town a geographic location to begin field investigations regarding leaks.• This online dashboard should be capable of incorporating the agency’s GIS system to allow the viewing of Water Infrastructure on the cloud hosted software’s dashboard and maps.• Supply, install and commission no–dig hardware in the Town necessary to actively monitor pressure, water temperature, and detect leaks using acoustic sounding/hydrophone technology in the distribution system.• The solution must be able to capture water temperature, cellular signal strength, battery voltage, battery level, and GPS location of each unit installed, to be displayed in the online dashboard, with alarm functionality to show issues with any of the listed parameters (such as low battery warnings).• All alerts are to be configurable by the Town through the user interface, allowing for both e–mail and SMS alerts to be issued to multiple contacts when an event triggers an alert.• Solution to work on various fire hydrant make/models within the Town’s water distribution system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026.
