(1) Vendor needs to provide lead hazard outreach, education, and program support service. – Support outreach, education, and implementation activities related to lead hazard awareness, prevention, and capacity building grant–supported services. – Demonstrate the organization’s ability to provide services in English, Hmong, and Spanish. – Outline any anticipated barriers or scheduling constraints between award date and full project deployment. – Create digital content, including: o Social media graphics and posts o Short educational videos o Multilingual content (Hmong, Spanish, and other languages, if applicable) (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
