A government authority in Honolulu, HI is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive lawn maintenance services for a local park. The annual contract encompasses tasks such as mowing, trimming, and removing grass clippings and leaves from all concrete and asphalt surfaces spanning from the edge of Kamehameha Highway to the back and side sections of the park. Maintenance activities, including mowing and trimming, are to be performed twice a month.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for removing and disposing of trash prior to lawn mowing, as well as collecting and properly disposing of any fallen branches or coconut fronds at a certified disposal site (green waste is not to be placed in trash dumpsters). Work is to be conducted on weekdays, excluding holidays, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Although the park is closed on Mondays, maintenance activities are permitted on that day.

The contract will span one year, and the successful vendor will ensure the park's grounds are kept clean and well-maintained in accordance with the specified schedule.
