Current State Assessment – Research and outline the current configuration and setup of the existing law enforcement system.2. Historical Data Analysis – Conduct a comprehensive analysis of historical data to inform current decision–making and resourcing strategies.3. Future State Recommendations – Develop and outline the best data configuration for future operations.• System Review: Conduct a full audit of the existing IMC law enforcement system, including data elements available and currently used, data element options (drop down menu options), and user workflows.• Configuration Documentation: Map out current system and data architecture, modules, permissions, and data flows.• Operational Workflow Analysis: Evaluate how officers, dispatchers, and administrators currently use the system, identifying redundancies or inefficiencies.• Gap Identification: Highlight areas where the current configuration does not meet operational needs, compliance requirements, or conservation law enforcement / industry best practices.• Stakeholder Engagement: Interview key personnel (command staff, IT, frontline officers) to capture user pain points and improvement opportunities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
