DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide sales agency services in Latin America to promote Florida as a premier travel destination. Services will support travel trade engagement, sales outreach, agent training, cooperative marketing opportunities, market intelligence, and relationship-building with tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, receptive operators, and other key travel industry partners.
The vendor will develop market-specific recommendations and annual sales plans for Brazil, Argentina, and other approved Latin American markets. This work will address travel trends, booking windows, airlift and access considerations, economic conditions, traveler behavior, competitive destination insights, and opportunities to increase destination awareness. The vendor will also maintain regular contact with current and prospective travel trade partners, manage trade databases, provide destination education, and identify cooperative marketing, trade promotion, sales, and product-launch opportunities.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting trade shows, sales missions, and in-market events. The contract period will be three years.
