An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide representative services focused on Latin America. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis throughout the region, including assessing key demand sectors, monitoring regulatory changes, and evaluating competitive dynamics.

Duties include delivering actionable intelligence to inform program strategy, supporting the development and refinement of the Unified Export Strategy (UES), and contributing to market development proposals. The vendor will monitor sanitary, phytosanitary, and technical regulations affecting rendered product imports and identify as well as address barriers to trade by liaising with government authorities and industry stakeholders.

Additionally, the vendor will assist in maintaining and expanding market acceptance of rendered products through promotional activities such as technical events, seminars, and trade missions outlined in the Latin America UES. Support services will also include logistics, translation, coordination of regional engagements, and management of subcontracts or consultants involved in these activities.
