A vendor is sought to provide outreach and education services focused on recycling and organic waste management at large events in the unincorporated areas of California. The selected provider will deliver educational support and guidance to event attendees, helping them correctly sort materials into recycling and organic waste bins. Responsibilities include answering general recycling questions, distributing informational brochures, and ensuring attendees have a clear understanding of proper waste disposal practices.

In addition to educational activities, the vendor will be responsible for the setup and placement of recycling and organic waste containers throughout event locations prior to each event and for their removal and return to storage afterward. This contract is set for a period of one year. Interested vendors should note that all questions related to the opportunity must be submitted by January 12, 2026.
