A government authority in Richland, WA is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive landscaping and maintenance services for its designated facilities. The scope of work includes all aspects of landscape maintenance, such as mowing, fertilizing, line trimming and edging, tree trimming, weed control, sprinkler maintenance and repair, weekly debris clean-up, and snow removal. Additional landscape services may also be required as part of this contract.

The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and fuel necessary to perform the outlined services.
