(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Richland, WA. – Provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at designated agency facilities. – The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, fuel, etc. which will be included in the submitted cost proposal. • Service requirements: – Mowing – Fertilizing – Line Trimming/Edging – Tree Trimming – Weed Control – Sprinkler Maintenance and Repair – Weekly Clean Up of Debris – Snow Removal – Additional Landscape Services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026.
