(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV. – For the various aspects of the maintenance work that constitutes a safe, clean, attractive and thriving project landscape. – Plant material. – Control, programming and maintenance of the irrigation system, including everything downstream from the water meters, unless otherwise specified. – Ground plane surface within the project site, including to parking lots, walkways, gravel mulch, organically mulched areas, walls, headers, and mow strips. (2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for TWO years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
