(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping services to the government authority located in Laramie, WY.– Consists of sitework in the three work areas noted above including hardscape, softscape, landscaping, concrete multi–use paths and fire lanes and parking.– Light pole assembly including concrete pier and base and stone veneer.– Include as part of each alternate, any miscellaneous devices, accessory objects and similar items incidental to, or required for, a complete installation, whether or not indicated as part of the alternate.– Provide installation of phase 3 site improvements in the area of college.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.(3) A mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on December 9, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
