A government authority in Laramie, Wyoming is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscaping services. The project scope includes site work across three designated areas and encompasses both hardscape and softscape elements, as well as general landscaping improvements. Specific tasks involve the construction of concrete multi-use paths, fire lanes, parking areas, and the assembly of light poles with concrete piers, bases, and stone veneer finishes.

Vendors are also expected to supply and install all necessary miscellaneous devices and accessory items to ensure a complete and operational landscape installation. The project further includes phase 3 site improvements within the college area. The initial contract period is for one year.
