The scope includes routine inspection, pruning, and the removal or replacement of shrubs, trees, and groundcovers. Pruning activities will be limited to shrubs and small trees, with no climbing or aerial work required.

Additional responsibilities involve the maintenance and repair of landscape features such as plant basins, drip irrigation systems, and plant staking. The selected vendor will be tasked with clearing ditches and channels of sediment and debris, as well as removing litter and debris from roadsides, fence lines, and drainage systems.
