(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping maintenance services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation supplies, and disposal fees necessary to accomplish all landscaping maintenance tasks.– Provide comprehensive landscape maintenance service to ensure all grounds remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing.– Work shall include, but not limited to, the removal of grass, weeds, shrubs, and tree clippings; Pruning; And removal of trash, and debris on each scheduled day of service. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory site walk–through will be held on January 9, 2026.
