The City of Cambridge, Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services under a three-year contract. Services will include an initial site visit and assessment with City representatives to establish scope and expectations. The selected vendor will be responsible for submitting samples and analyses for City approval as needed, securing all required permits—including Dig Safe—and presenting a detailed written work schedule for City review.

Ongoing responsibilities will encompass routine edging, mulching, weeding, pruning, fertilizing of annual plant beds, as well as litter and debris collection, removal, and disposal. Maintenance of hardscape areas, including sweeping pathways adjacent to planting beds, leaf collection, and fall cleanup, are also part of the contract. Periodic meetings with City staff will be necessary to ensure all standards are met and to address any concerns throughout the contract period.
