A government authority in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive landscape services under a one-year agreement. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals to fulfill the full scope of work required for landscape maintenance across designated government facilities.

Services include lawn fertilization, weed removal and spraying (inside and outside fenced areas), patio cleaning, and removal and disposal of trash from lawns, parking areas, and the perimeter wall. The contractor is required to cut the lawn and trim bushes or shrubs twice monthly from April through October. All work must be performed in compliance with relevant codes, ordinances, industry best practices, and manufacturer recommendations.

This contract will cover landscaped areas both within and outside fenced premises, as well as adjacent alleys and nearby businesses or buildings. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place on December 30, 2025.
