(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.– The Contractor shall supply all supervision, perform all work, furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to fully and properly perform all work described– All work shall be completed in accordance with all governing codes and ordinances, with the best practices, including manufacturer’s recommendations and workmanship, for the skill or trade involved– Project to include the following services to be performed inside and outside of the fenced areas, alley and up to the surrounding businesses/buildings and are to be included in the monthly service charge:• Lawn Fertilization as needed• Removing and Spraying for Weeds (inside and outside of the fenced area)• Cleaning of Patio Area• Removing and disposing of trash from lawn, front and rear parking areas and long the back side of the perimeter wall– Contractor is to cut the lawn, trim bushes/shrubs twice a month during the months of April – October.• Shop Broom• Trash Bags• Trash Cans• Mowing and weeding equipment and/or supplies(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 30, 2025
