Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance service to the government authority located in Hillsborough, CA. Include small, discontinuous sites (e.g., traffic islands, medians, roundabouts), two parks, one decomposed granite walking path, a handful of public utility sites (e.g., tank sites) and other landscaped sites. Maintenance practices, staffing, equipment, service frequency and level of effort must be tailored to each site based on its size, landscaping and general condition. Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 29, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
