Vendor needs to provide landscape clean–up service to the government authority located in Rancho Cordova, CA. Contractor agrees to provide to Agency Landscape Clean–up services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Landscape clean–up services. Remove trees along east perimeter fence line to include stump removal. Remove all palm trees on site to include stump removal. Remove all the bushes in front of the building. Clean up and remove all landscape debris from the site. The contract period will be for one year.
