The project focuses on converting annual bed areas and other designated neighborhood entry areas managed by the agency. Scope of work includes soil root zone modifications, which involve the removal of existing soil and replacement with a root zone mixture of pea gravel and native soils to promote healthy plant growth.

The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling an irrigation coverage test with parks staff prior to planting.
