(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape architecture services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.– Services includes the various landscape architecture, park planning, public engagement, and detailed design and documentation tasks typically necessary to plan, budget, control, permit, bid, and control construction and renovation of park improvements.– Site and park master planning.– Neighborhood engagement, including development of support materials.– Grant application support for park projects.– Alternative site layout design concepts.– Pathway and trail layout and design.– Interpretive and wayfinding signage development.– Sports field design.– Irrigation design.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 5,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
