Vendor needs to provide land systems strategy review, editing, and finalization service. • Conduct a thorough technical review of both strategies to ensure alignment with Organization’s Nature 2030 Programme, the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, and relevant regional policy frameworks. • Edit for structure, logic, coherence, accuracy, grammar, and flow, ensuring that messages are clear and strategically focused. • Harmonize the tone, style, and referencing format across the two strategies. • Ensure consistency between strategic objectives, results frameworks, and thematic priorities across both documents. • Integrate key cross–cutting themes (climate change, gender, governance, youth, and biodiversity) coherently. • Design and format both strategies in line with Organization’s corporate branding standards, including layout, visual hierarchy, cover page design, tables, infographics, and figures. • Produce publication–ready versions in both Word and PDF formats. • Prepare two–page executive summaries for each strategy highlighting key priorities and strategic directions. • Engage with the Land Systems Team and the office Team for validation and feedback at draft and final stages.
