A service provider is sought to review, edit, and finalize two land systems strategies in Kenya. The selected vendor will perform a comprehensive technical review to ensure both strategies align with the Organization’s Nature 2030 Programme, the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, and relevant regional policy frameworks.
Key responsibilities include editing the strategies for structural coherence, logical flow, clarity, accuracy, and a consistent tone and referencing format. The vendor must also ensure consistency between strategic objectives, results frameworks, and thematic priorities in both documents. Integration of cross-cutting themes such as climate change, gender, governance, youth, and biodiversity is required to enhance the coherence of the strategies.
Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for designing and formatting the strategies according to the Organization’s corporate branding guidelines, including the development of cover pages, visual hierarchy, infographics, tables, and figures. Publication-ready versions in both Word and PDF formats are to be delivered. Two-page executive summaries should be prepared for each strategy, highlighting key priorities and strategic direction. Engagement with the Land Systems Team and the office team is required at both draft and final stages for validation and feedback.
