The scope includes conducting field surveys related to boundary lines, topography, rights-of-way, and existing site features such as facilities, structures, vegetation, paved areas, fences, and utilities.

The selected vendor will prepare survey maps with 2-foot elevation contours and representations of all features collected during fieldwork. Responsibilities further include the preparation of legal documents such as easements, records of survey, legal descriptions, and right-of-way maps. Other tasks entail compiling and reviewing all available project data, performing site reconnaissance, establishing benchmarks and control points, and ensuring accurate baselines and curve data for construction.
