Alberta is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding modernizing its land management and permitting system through commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. The intent is to identify modern, highly configurable or customizable digital platforms that can support end-to-end land management and permitting workflows.

The desired system should enhance the experience for applicants, internal staff, and partner agencies by delivering a seamless, transparent, and efficient process. Improvement of data quality, robust reporting capabilities, and elevated customer service for residents, businesses, and industry professionals are key goals.

Vendors are invited to share information about suitable COTS solutions that address these requirements. All questions related to this request must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
