(1) Vendor needs to provide land access program improvement services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.– Includes construction of site safety and operational improvements including, but not limited to, clearing and excavation, backfill, foundation construction, utility installations, stormwater improvements, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, electrical and HVAC work, structure construction for proposed Kiosk buildings including all furnishings, finishes and fittings, roofing, minor landscaping and all associated site work and restoration.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 22, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
