(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management system replacement services.– The system shall allow admininstrators to create, assign, and manage roles with permissions.– The system shall allow a user to resume session after auto log–off.– The system shall allow remote access to workstation.– That system shall provide an audit trail, including who, when, where, and what was accessed.– The system shall require external users to log in with username/password.– The system shall track extrenal password changes and enforce periodic reset.– The system shall allow a user to delete archived data after holding periods.– The system shall allow a user the ability to upload regulatory forms (e.g., CDPH, DCC, ISO) and attach them to sample records.– The system shall provide real–time sample status tracking dashboard (Received → In Prep → In Analysis → Review → Reported).– The system shall provide mobile access for sample tracking and field collection.– The system shall link reagent lot numbers directly to test results for traceability.– The system shall allow customers to access limited read–only data.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
