(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management system annual licensing and support services. Implement a LIMS system that will: Establish a single, authoritative system of record for laboratory data; implement a sample lifecycle tracking and chain-of-custody; increase efficiency, consistency, and accuracy of laboratory operations; support Client Program Management by having the ability to schedule sampling based on clients and program/project requirements; provide tools (software and/or hardware) for field sample collection, e.g., chlorine residual and sample collection information for scheduled samples and collection routes; provide scalability to support future laboratory growth and technology upgrades; provide end-user and administrator training; supply training materials and system documentation; assist with system go-live and stabilization. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026.
