(1) Vendor needs to provide labor market information software. – The proposed labor market data platform will be maintained and operated by the Contractor. • The software must possess at minimum, the following features: – 24–7 (system maintenance notwithstanding) access to platform and all features via commonly used web browsers – Staffing patterns and inverse staffing patterns – Projected growth according to user–defined intervals – Replacement demand – Occupational wages – Demographic data such as population counts, age, gender, and race/ethnicity, educational attainment – Job posting analytics including original job ad text and the ability to query postings by keywords, dates, industries, occupations, skills, certifications, employers, etc. – A database of regional employers including company names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, industry, estimated employees, etc. – Historical and current postsecondary educational institution awards – Commuter patterns/employment by place of work and place of residence – The ability to export data, maps, and images in various file formats (Excel, .csv, word, PDF, .png, .jpg) – Easy access to technical documentation describing data reference periods, sources (unless proprietary), variables, definitions, etc. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2025.
