The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 05, has announced its intention to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Acustaf Labor Management Software. The contract will provide labor management software services at the Washington DC VA Medical Center and the Clarksburg VA Medical Center. This brand name only requirement is expected to be awarded under the relevant authorities for sole source awards.

Interested parties may submit documentation demonstrating their capability to provide the required services no later than March 9, 2026. The responses will be evaluated to determine whether the procurement will remain sole source or become competitive. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit appropriate certifications and documentation. The Department of Veterans Affairs will review all written responses to assess vendor qualifications and compliance with specific regulations concerning veteran-owned businesses and the Non-Manufacturer Rule.
