(1) Vendor needs to provide lab safety and hazardous materials platform. – Provide a solution to replace and implement a new platform for lab safety and hazardous materials. – The software is required to be hosted (Software as a Service – SaaS) preferred in a public cloud – The solution must support end–to–end management of chemical inventories, including chemical registration, hazard classification, expiry tracking, storage management, barcode/RFID tracking, hazard group visibility, notifications, and integration with data sources. – The system must enable comprehensive reconciliation workflows, including single–page reconciliation workspaces, multi–unit sessions, discrepancy detection and resolution, scanner support, compliance tracking, real–time inventory synchronization, and full auditability. – The system must enable comprehensive reconciliation workflows, including single–page reconciliation workspaces, multi–unit sessions, discrepancy detection and resolution, scanner support, compliance tracking, real–time inventory synchronization, and full auditability. – The system must support planning and execution of inspections through configurable checklists, scheduling tools, mobile inspection capability, deficiency tracking, corrective action workflows, attachment management, and comprehensive dashboards and reporting. – The solution must support the complete lifecycle of hazardous waste management, including waste classification, waste card creation, submission and approval workflows, storage and packaging, collection and pickup scheduling, barcode/QR coding, shipping documentation, final disposal recording, manifesting, and regulatory reporting – The system must support robust access management, including role–based permissions, PI–level and administrator–level access, delegated authority, temporary access, audit logging, inspection–specific permissions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for Three years.
