DESCRIPTION

The Kentucky Horse Park, a 1,200-acre equine tourist attraction owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, is soliciting bids for professional mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing services. The work is divided into three commodity lines: Competition/Event Space, Campground, and Center of Park. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option for four additional one-year renewal periods. Services are generally required weekly during the mowing season, which runs from approximately March 15 through October 31.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least five years of experience in the United States
Must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service System
Must provide a list of equipment or demonstrate ability to obtain necessary equipment
Must provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
