The government authority located in Road Howard, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide kayak launch dock systems for Hills Creek State Park in Tioga County. The required system includes an EZ-DOCK accessible, one-way kayak launch positioned parallel to the shore with a beige color finish. The launch must feature an upgraded wheel roller system, a dock platform measuring 10 feet by 17 feet 9 inches with a transfer bench, and brown plastic curbing securely screwed to the docks to prevent roll-off.
The launch will be anchored using an 8-foot by 12-foot aluminum gangway with thru-flow decking, ADA-compliant railings with toe kicks, and looped ends. Required dock sections include two 80-inch by 120-inch units and one 60-inch by 120-inch unit, as well as a set of 12 couplers with composite rods.
