Vendor needs to provide K–12 English language development supplemental resource curriculum solution. – English language proficiency across the domains of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. – Academic language development. – Vocabulary development, including general academic and content–specific vocabulary. – Language structures and conventions (syntax, morphology, and grammar). – Oral language development and discourse practices. – Language supports for content–area instruction. – Progress monitoring of English language proficiency. – Include instruction of English language development for at least a portion of students within K–12. – Include instruction and content aligned to research–based principles of second language acquisition. – Have a strong evidentiary backing. – Have resources that address differentiation and appeal to students’ learning variabilities. All questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026. A contract period will be for one year.
