(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile justice center service to the government authority located in Columbia, MO. – The work generally consists of the construction of two no contact visitation spaces within the existing building to construct a third set of spaces.– Demolition of a section of concrete masonry for a new door and minor sections of gypsum board walls and ceiling finishes.– The interior of the renovation consists primarily of painted gypsum board walls with plywood backer substrate and gypsum board ceilings with plywood backer substrate.– New ductwork tied into existing ductwork and fed into the new spaces for the HVAC system.– Relocation of existing lighting fixtures at the locations indicated on the drawings, and new lighting in new spaces (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 9, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2025.
