(1) Vendor needs to provide Junetober fest event planning services. – Providing all personnel, managing all event security (required to be present from start to finish, inside the venue only), and overseeing all event operations. – Marketing channels social media, local media, (newspaper / radio), flyers / posters, and email marketing. – Promotional activities contests, early bird ticket discounts, and partnerships with local influencers. – Provide expedited services for rush orders, where feasible, ensuring that time–sensitive needs are met. – Work must be completed using modern, suitable equipment and maintain high standards of workmanship. – Games and competitions bratwurst eating contest, beer tasting competition, and other events. – Stage designated area for live performances and announcements. – Music live bands and DJ Sets to maintain a vibrant atmosphere. – Activity zones – designated areas for games and competitions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
