The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ, intends to procure three JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) hardware/software suites via a sole-source, fixed price purchase order to Corelis, Inc. This acquisition will support the operational requirements of NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ.

The procurement will be conducted under statutory authority permitting sole-source acquisitions due to unique capabilities available only from Corelis, Inc. No formal solicitation is available for this procurement. Submissions from interested parties will be considered for determining potential future competition, but the Government retains full discretion in its decision-making process. All aspects of the procurement, including scope and requirements, are subject to change at the Government's discretion.
