DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Goodyear, Arizona seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive job order contracting services for a variety of municipal construction and maintenance projects. The selected provider will be responsible for ground-up construction of city buildings, as well as building repairs, tenant improvements, and a broad range of specialty construction and renovation tasks.

Scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services; HVAC installation and maintenance; masonry; roofing; flooring; painting; doors, windows, and glazing; thermal and moisture protection; carpentry and metals; conveying systems; and procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
